Pork Pie

Pork Pies are a British delicacy and traditionally made with hot water crust pastry, filled with pork meat with a savoury jelly. We add mustard to our handmade hot water crust pastry as a tangy twist. We hand cut pork belly, shoulder and bacon, adding fresh sage from our kitchen garden to make the filling for our pie. The chicken and mustard jelly is added to compliment the meat filling. Our pie has great texture and reminiscent of a proper old fashioned pie.
