Scotch Egg - Pork & Thyme
Scotch eggs are a traditional British dish consisting of a hard-boiled egg that is wrapped in sausage, covered in breadcrumbs, and then deep-fried or baked until crispy. Large British free range eggs are wrapped in outdoor reared pork mixed with fresh thyme. They are coated in panko breadcrumbs then deep fried and have a runny yolk.
