Commercial versions are usually a mix of vegetables in a sweet mustard sauce. This is a traditional accompaniment to cold meats and cheese. Our handmade version of this old favourite is less sweet than modern commercial versions. All the vegetables are hand-cut, brined then mixed into our tangy sauce. Delicious with our pork pies.
