Scotch Egg - Bombay Aloo (Vegetarian)
Scotch eggs are a traditional British dish consisting of a hard-boiled egg that is wrapped in sausage, covered in breadcrumbs, and then deep-fried or baked until crispy. Our selection of spices are freshly roasted and ground then added to potatoes to create a mildly spiced mix which surrounds our large, British, free range egg. Panko cumbs are used to coat the egg which is then deep fried.
