Steak & Ale Pie

Traditional pies have a layer of shortcrust pastry underneath and on top of the pie filling. Our brisket is slow cooked with carrots, onions and garlic in Westerham Beer for five hours. Handmade all butter shortcrust pastry on the bottom and topped with handmade flaky pastry.
